Huffington Post has released a list here of about twenty things that done gone obsolete in the last decade.  Some of those things to which you can wave bye-bye:
     • VHS Tapes (well, yeah, of course)
     • Bookstores (mostly true)
     • Forgetting (they did not check in with me before publishing this list)
     • Hand-written letters (saddest item on the list)

There are about fifteen more.  I’d forgotten (see?) how many I no longer use.

Another list from a non-HuffPoer is here.  It’s has the far grabbier title, Things Babies Born in 2011 Will Never Know.

Well, I'm a freak, I love going to bookstores and I still make hand-written letters to some friends 🙂

  2. Andrea says:

I'm afraid that the bookstores are gone, because I'm passionate about books. I would add to this list the games in the street, The children of today never had the freedom to play freely as I had. Some even prefer to stay home in front of TV or playing video games than go out and play.

  3. MAX says:

did not want the letters and the books vanished think I'm still old-fashioned because I still write letters and buy books

  4. Vivian says:

well I was born practically on the DVD so I can't opine much about those issues, but don't want to end bookstores

  5. Roberta says:

some equipment had only a natural evolution, but the bookstores are never to be replaced since there will always be people like us willing to buy them.
