Burrowers Released on DVD

Posted on: April 22nd, 2009 by wmapother 2 Comments

Unless you’ve been living under a rock or kidnapped by pirates, and, probably, even if you have been, you’ve heard that ‘The Burrowers’ is now out on DVD. The trailer on YouTube is here. It’s probably already sold out, checked out, rented out, and worn out everywhere you’d want it, but in case some genre geek is able to scrounge you up a copy, here are some links to possible outlets: Netflix, Blockbuster, and, for those who absolutely, positively must own it, Amazon. So why are you still reading this? Get thee scrounging!

    Hi, William!
My name’s Pilar and I’m from Spain (sorry, my English is very bad).
My flatmates and me really think Ethan is the best character in Lost. I always read your blog.
But I write you now cause last week something funny happened to us. We were at class in the university and our teacher show us some pieces from Mission Impossible II, and suddenly… you were there! And immediately we were (in the middle of the class) almost shouting: ¡¡¡¡ETHAN, ETHAN, HE IS ETHAN!!!
Yeah, we are really obssesed hehehe.
We really would be so delighted to have a photo signed by you, or just a autograph.
I hope you come back to Lost before the end!

    All the best!
    Pilar.

Okay, you’re not joking! My Blockbuster has 2 copies…2..So of course it got rented out. I live 1 mile from the store so I check atleast once a day (often twice) for the darn thing and I have YET to find a copy. So tonight I go to rent it online at Blockbuster.com and it has a “VERY LONG WAIT” before shipping…How popular is this movie?? It’s crazy how Blockbuster had 2 zillion copies of Twilight that NEVER get rented and the only films that have like one or two copies are never in stock. Unbelievable. Plus the fact that stores are charging an unreasonable 25.00 for the DVD. If it were on BluRay, I might consider it, but NEVER 25.00 on a freaking DVD these days…I just bought Martyrs NEW for 15.
